Customer satisfaction is the best indication of how great Lustre Craft products are. Here is what some of our customers are saying about us.
Dear Lustre Craft:
This is probably the best financial investment I have ever made. My sister has gone through many sets of gourmet cookware and I still have my set. I love it, and I would make the investment
again.
-- Chris from Oregon
Dear Lustre Craft:
After 35 years they still stand behind their product. I am really pleased with the service they gave me.
-- Olive from Connecticut
Dear Lustre Craft:
I like them enough for them to be the only cookware I've used for 30 years.
-- Kathy from Oswego
Dear Lustre Craft:
I just wanted to let you know I was pleased with your service of replacing one of my pieces that was "wearing out". It is wonderful to be able to use it as that is the size I used most often. Thank you very much!
-- Jean from Mt. Pleasant, IA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I had forgotten the detail on this cookware (I purchased it 42 years ago) and decided to try the Internet to check it out. I was surprised and delighted to find that the company is still in business and there is a lifetime warranty on my cookware! Now, where do you find that these days?
I purchased this cookware for my “Hope Chest” (we had those in my day) about 42 years ago and it is the only set of cookware that I have ever used. I’ve always told my daughter it was a “good set” and now I realize just how “good” it is.
-- Barbra from Northumberland, PA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I attended one of your shows and the first thing your representative did was give me a bowl of freshly made sliced salad. I was so hungry and it was so delicious. He was bright and smiling. I had a t-fal type of pan that was starting to stick with everything I put in it. Plus, it was making my stove extremely messy. I'm not one that likes to clean house very much.
I learned of the dangers of that type of cookware. I am divorced, and had no one to stop me from spending that much money on my own health. Now I come home from work and look forward to cooking. During my marriage, I was considered a fairly decent cook. I used to make cakes from scatch all the time. In fact, I often made up my own recipes.
After my divorce my cooking fell into a state of disrepair but now I feel that my cooking is reaching a renaissance. I love the ease with which I can clean my skillet.
I also bought the Kitchen Kutter. It just arrived two days ago and I'm looking forward to using it. I am so glad that you make your products here in America. I worry for our country. We can't keep shipping jobs over seas and expect our country to grow and prosper.
Please stay here in this country. It would break my heart to see you go somewhere else. Now I have something to leave my children. I have a boy 27 and a girl 24. I think I will ask them if they can share.
I wanted you to know that I am very happy with my products. They have made my eating easier and healthier. In a couple of days, I am going to take my skillet and Kitchen Kutter over to my neighbors to show her what I got. They may not be able to make a purchase, but I want them to see the fine workmanship.
I wish you all very well. Please let your employees know that their fine workmanship is very much appreciated. I hope you can survive during these difficult times.
My best wishes and warmest regards to you all.
-- Joan from Raleigh, NC
Dear Lustre Craft:
I wanted to thank you so much. My pans arrived some days ago and they will last another 25 years now. Surely missed them during the holidays but it was worth it to have sturdy handles on them again. Perhaps my grand children will enjoy them.
Again thank you so very much for honoring your commitment from so many years ago and doing such a fine job of it. My pans are like my special family and help with my cooking reputation.
-- Lucy from Placerville, CA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I've been using your cookware since 1966. I purchased it shortly after my engagement in 1965. My husband and I have four sons so you can imagine the cooking I've done these past 38 years! I've never owned another set. My friends and family have gone through many sets of cookware over the years. I'm still with my first set! To me, your cookware is one of the best investments I ever made. It's nice to know you're still around.
-- Patricia from Schenectady, NY
Dear Lustre Craft:
This June 28th my wife Michele and I celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Thanks to her, we have been using the same cookware from Lustre Craft for over 30 years. Right now I'm using the pot set to prepare butterbeans and corn, while she's shopping. We raised two children and now help out with two grandchildren and use the set everyday to feed them. Once again, thanks for a great product!
-- Bob from Chesapedake, VA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have used my Lustre Craft cookware for 40 years now. I purchased them in 1965. They have proved to be very good over the years. My daughter recently went to The Fair and remembered I had these pans. She purchased a Family Set and is very pleased with it.
-- Mrs. Hill from Miami, FL
Dear Lustre Craft:
Buy these pans! In over 30 years of use, they look great and perform better than anything I've used anywhere else. Everyone wants to know where they can get these and I didn't think they were still being produced. Great to find you on the internet. I am ordering a new handle for a small pan, but that's the only thing that's needed updating. Thank you for still being there.
-- Connie from Norway
Dear Lustre Craft:
I had to write and comment on how wonderful this cookware is. I purchased this set when I was engaged to be married. Now 34 years later I am still using it! It is in terrific shape. I love it and am happy to see that it is still on the market. I will never use anything else.
-- Linda from Eureka, CA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I was happy to find you on the internet. I just want to let you know that my mother purchased a full set of cookware when I was about 4 or 5 years old (I remember vividly too) from a door-to-door salesman in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. To this day, I have only the egg poacher/frying pan and it looks as new as the first day we got those. They never stick, they are not scratched and have been used for every day cooking. Unfortunately, my brother has the rest of the set and he chooses not to share it with me, I hope to replenish my set one day. I just wanted you to know how marvelous your product really is. Thank you.
-- Louise from British Columbia, Canada
Dear Lustre Craft:
I was 18 years old, a senior in high school. A man stopped by our house and I bought a set of Lustre Craft. I made monthly payments. I am 45 years old and I am still happily using the same set. With absolutely nothing wrong with any of it! It still looks like the day I purchased it. Thank you!
-- Diane from Puxico, MO
Dear Lustre Craft:
I purchased my set in 1977 and love it. Recently, I had a friend from the Cayman Islands stay with me and he had previously worked as a chef in the Islands and in the U.S. He commented on the quality before he even started to cook and told me he'd let me know for sure after using them. Well after cooking he said it was the best set of cookware he had ever used!
Where can I purchase the electric skillet? Cost?
-- Kathleen from Greenville, PA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have been using this cookware nearly everyday for the last 30 years and I have no regrets whatsoever with this purchase. I am immensely pleased with your quality products and would highly recommend them to everyone. It's money well spent. Lustre Craft cookware was a wedding gift from my parents. I now have a son getting married next year and I plan to purchase your cookware for their wedding. Thank you.
-- Linda from Yorba Linda, CA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I purchased my Lustre Craft in Mefdford Oregon 20 years (or more) ago and I love it still. I taught 2 girls to cook using the pans and the pans still look brand new, through the many trials and tribulations of teaching daughters to cook. Thank you so much for such a great product.
-- Shari from Eugene, OR
Dear Lustre Craft:
Since next year I will have owned this cookware 50 years, I thought I should let you know how great it is. I bought it in 1956 for my hope chest. It was $200 for all the pieces, cookware and baking. I was given a set of stainless flatware as a gift for purchasing. I'm 67 yrs. old, married 3 times, raised 3 children and have used this cookware, as well as the flatware, the entire time. You can still see your face in the bottom of the pans! I did have the handle come off the large skillet, but no problem...I use it for casseroles. I think that is pretty good for almost 50 yrs. Just wanted to say thanks for such a good product.
-- Dorothy from Louisville, KY
Dear Lustre Craft:
I purchased my Lustre Craft set back in 1980 a few months before I got married and I am still using them today. I still absolutely love them and it is the only thing I will cook with. In my 25 years of marriage, this ranks up there with one of the best purchases I have ever made.
-- Lisa from Montz, LA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have had my Lustre Craft cookware for about 29 years, and still use them every day. They were a great investment, and I enjoy them very much.
-- Jodie from St. Joseph, MO
Dear Lustre Craft:
I love the products. I also received the Gourmet Slo-Cooker and Electric Skillet. I have used all of them and they work great. I also love the Kitchen Kutter. I am glad that I purchased the product. I also wanted to say that Anne and Stuart were great representatives at the fair.
-- Cynthia from Sheridan, IN
Dear Lustre Craft:
We find your cookware to be exceptional. I am sorry we did not learn about it until recently. We find that it has made what many consider to be a boring chore to be an exciting adventure! Cannot wait for meal time to come around!
-- Barbara from Roseburg, OR
Dear Lustre Craft:
Just wanted you to know it's been 50 years since we purchased our set and we are still using two of the pots and lids. They both look, and work, great.
Thanks for the quality craftsmanship
-- Walter from Universal City, TX
Dear Lustre Craft:
I just wanted to let you know how happy I have been with with your pots and pans that I purchased in 1974. I have never bought another set and I use them every day. They still cook, look, and work perfectly...even after 1000's of cookings and dishwashings.
-- Cindy from Cottage Grove, WI
Dear Lustre Craft:
I gave my daughter some of my older pots and my husband missed them so much, we've purchased what I gave away. Now that we're older, I want to cook healthy again, but using meats as well, so send those all-day cooking meat recipes with veggies. Sincerely, Gracye B. - Secondtimer!
-- Gracye from Daytona Beach, FL
Dear Lustre Craft:
When I saw a website for Lustre Craft, I had to send in my comments. I have had this set since I was a junior in highschool. My parents purchased the set for my hope chest. I didn't start using it until I got married in 1971, but I have been using it ever since. The only things I've had to replace are some handles and lid knobs, and I've just sent in my first request for those. The set still looks really good and with the new handles and knobs it should last another twenty years.
When our children were little, as all children do, they played in my cupboards and these pots and pans got banged upon, and now our grandchildren are playing with them; so if that's not proof that these pots and pans are durable, I don't know what is. Thank you!
-- Sylvia from Allagash, ME
Dear Lustre Craft:
As I was putting my cookware away this morning, I wondered if Lustre Craft was still selling cookware, and was delighted to see you were. As a young lady just out of school and having her first job, this was my first major purchase in 1971. I purchased the Basic Set. Now, after 25 years of cooking for a family, my cookware is still in wonderful condition and I use it every day!! I just told my daughter I would purchase her a set when she is ready. What a wonderful investment! I would like a few additional pieces which I do not have, and will be looking over the products. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful I think your cookware is. Thank you for a Fantastic product that continues today!
-- Margie from Cincinnati, OH
Dear Lustre Craft:
I thought I would send you an e-mail to let you know after 25 years, I still love my cookware. I bought it when I lived in British Columbia, Canada and moved it with me 3000 miles across country. It was a very good investment, at the time everyone thought I was crazy spending that much, HUH! Were they fooled, they still look new! I will pass them on to my daughter when she is ready for cookware and I'm sure they will last her through all her cooking adventures as well.
-- Susan from Canada
Dear Lustre Craft:
I just wanted you to know that I am still using my Lustre Craft pans. I have continued using them since 1954. People I tell this to can't believe they've lasted that long and still look good.
-- Doris from Fort Worth, TX
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have had 5 pieces of Lustre Craft for 46 years and they are still as good as the day they were bought.
-- Shirley from Fort Smith, AR
Dear Lustre Craft:
Love my cookware and do recommened it to everyone. Nice to know that replacement parts can still be purchased for my cookware. Don't ever stop making this cookware!
-- Arnita from New Prague, MN
Dear Lustre Craft:
The joy of cooking is once again back into my life. How did I ever cook for my family before Lustre Craft Cookware? Now not only does my food taste better, its healthier as well. I am a foster parent and it is not unusual for me to cook for 12 people or more daily. Thanks for such a wonderful product. Pricy..maybe..but worth every penny. Just lov'in it!
-- Wanda from Hesperia, CA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I just wanted to let you know I've been using this product for almost 38 years. I bought it when I was a senior in high school. I was doing the dishes this morning and realized I had these pans for that long and they still look and work great. Thanks for making such a great product!
-- Karen from Spring Glen, PA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have been very pleased with my cookware through the years. I thought at the time of purchase it was a lot of money but it has proven to be a bargain in the long run.
-- Francine from Auburn, CA
Dear Lustre Craft:
My husband bought my cookware 2 years before we were married. We have been married now for 31 years and I could not imagine cooking with any other cookware. I love it!
-- Donna from Glen Rogers, WV
Dear Lustre Craft:
I really love the Lustre Craft Cookware. I do most of the cooking in our home, it saves so much time in the kitchen. Clean-up is so easy you spend even less time with that. It's the best investment we have ever made in our lives. Thanks for making such a great product.
-- Karl from Timonium, MD
Dear Lustre Craft:
I currently use Lustre Craft cookware - I have done so for many years, in fact since about 1969. At that time my mother Olga Gonzalez first used the Lustre Craft cookware set she bought and later I continued using the same cookware. To this day, the only maintenance the cookware has required is a change of some of the handles and some of the knobs. Aside from this minimal maintenance this superb cookware is still working well and performing like new. Both my Mom and I are very pleased with the quality and outstanding workmanship of these products, worth every penny of their cost. Thank you for this wonderful cookware.
-- Homero from Miami Beach, FL
Dear Lustre Craft:
The demonstration was amazing! The food he prepared and the easy techniques were awesome! I could not wait to get to work and tell my co-workers about my purchase. They can't wait to purchase your products. Thanks Lustre Craft for wonderful cookware!
-- Lisa from Deltona, FL
Dear Lustre Craft:
My sister gave me a Lustre Craft pot or pan for each bridal shower, birthday, graduation and wedding gift in 1968. Nearly 40 years later I am still using this wonderful waterless cookware. Thank you.
-- Rita from Oakland, CA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have owned my Family Set since 1974 and they are still my favorite cookware and still look like new. My new husband and I bought everything else that you have except the bakeware in about 2001. Thank
you for making such a quality product!
-- Bonnie from Springfield, IL
Dear Lustre Craft:
In 1958, my mother Betty purchased her set of Lustre Craft cookware from a salesman who went to church with her. My parents will be married 50 years in Dec. 2008, and my mom has used that cookware for every meal!
When the salesman came to the house in 1984, mom and I let him in the living room. He said he was selling Lustre Craft pots and pans as he started to unpack his product. I said don't even bother, just write up the sale!
I was 24 years old, single, still living at home with my parents. I paid cash for the set right then and there and have never been sorry for one day. (Of course, the salesman almost had a heart attack! But he quickly recovered.)
I will be married 20 years in December 2007, and have used my set every single day!
Thank you for a product that will stand the test of time.
I only hope that when my twin daughters are high school graduates, that they too will purchase their sets of Lustre Craft as well!
-- Andrea from Sullivan, MO
Dear Lustre Craft:
A belated thank you for the wonderful replacement pan that you sent me. I was so delighted to have a functioning pan!
I am so impressed with your service and commitment to your product line that when I purchase some new pans for my new kitchen which is in the planning stages, I will put Lustre Craft at the top of my list!
My present set of cookware, baking pans and utility items have served me well. Anything I can do to help promote your line I would be happy to spread the word. It is nice to have something made in the USA to be proud of!
-- From Edith Tinkler
Dear Lustre Craft:
My husband purchased my pots and pans for me back when we got married and I still have them and my children remember certains things that I have cooked in certain pans as they have grown. Out of all my pans I
love the double boiler that I cook hot dogs in the most and steam their rolls. Thanks for such a great product!
-- Phyllis from Byron, IL
Dear Lustre Craft:
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I bought them before I was married and they are still cookin' 33 years later! Best pots & pans ever. I recently needed them repaired and Lustre craft stood behind their product and now my pots and pans look new again.
Thank you Lustre Craft!
-- Laurie from Thamesford, MI
Dear Lustre Craft:
I never dreamed when I bought my original Lustre Craft cookware at age 19, that 42 years later, someone from Lustre Craft would actually call
me to answer an email question I had. I would have been perfectly happy with an email reply, but one of your representatives from Idaho called me personally. Do you know how rare it is in this day and age when just about everything we buy comes from some foreign country, to know there is still a reputable USA made product from a USA company that stands
behind its products?
Back in 1965, my best friend, and I each bought a basic set of Lustre Craft stainless steel cookware. We both still have our original set, and not for one minute have I ever regretted buying it. I think I replaced a kettle handle once or twice over the years, but that's it. Proves that my parents were right after all. You do get what you pay for.
If I was young again, and had it to do all over, I wouldn't hesitate to buy Lustre Craft. It's one of the wisest decisions I ever made even though at the time, I wasn't thinking 40 years down the road and about
how important it was to buy from a quality company.
Thanks for listening.
-- Joellen from Yakima, WA
Dear Lustre Craft:
I bought my set while I was single, in the Air Force stationed in Omaha, Nebraska. Since then I have moved many times. My set doesn't look quite brand new as the Electric Skillet has the temperature label wearing off, and there are signs of use on the bottoms of some from too high heat. That is the only problem I have with any of the set and am extremely happy
with their performance. In fact, we have gone through at least two sets of non-stick as my wife liked lighter cookware (no longer married) while the Lustre Craft performs as good as when I bought it. I just wanted to
say thanks for making such a good product and I would recommend your cookware anytime. (I visited your site to see what you recommended for brightening them up as they have finally started showing signs of use, and I know how to do that now.)
-- Terry from Nashville, TN
Dear Lustre Craft:
I bought my set of cookware at my home when I hosted a cooking show. I love it and am thrilled that I found your website. Thanks for a great product!
-- Checheetah from Clarksville, IN
Dear Lustre Craft:
I purchased my set when my son now 31 years old was just a baby. It has survived 6 children learning to cook in them. I am glad I made that purchase. The other pieces of cookware I've purchased along the way have not been able to compare in quality or durability. I am now ready to replace some handles and knobs and I'm happy to know I'm not too late. You are still in business and have parts. A lifetime warranty is no good if the company's out of business. Thanks for staying around.
-- Mildred from Crest Hill, IL
Dear Lustre Craft:
I just wanted to let you know that we purchased a set of Lustre Craft shortly after we were married in 1959 and we are still using it and I wouldn't trade it for anything! It has served us well over all these years and I use it every day including the baking pans. It was a most worthwhile investment in the first year of our marraige!
-- Janet from DeKalb, IL
Dear Lustre Craft:
I purchased my cookware 37 years ago and they are the best investment I have ever made. I am just as pleased with them today as the day I got them. Thank you for such an outstanding product!
-- Rebecca from Searcy, AR
Dear Lustre Craft:
I have had my set of Lustre Craft Cookware for 54 years. Only lost a couple knobs for lids and 2 pot handles. I have sterilized baby bottles for all of my babies and raised 4 boys. Now I am a great grandmother of 3. I have never wanted another set of cookware. I still use my set every day and will pass the set on to my sons and hopefully they will pass it on to their children. My cookware still shines, sets flat on the burners and cooks beautifully. It is the best investment I ever made!
-- Nancy from El Paso, TX
