Cooking Instructions for Shrimp
This is a guideline to cooking Shrimp. Please feel free to use your favorite seasoning or recipe.
1. Preheat pan over medium heat and add raw shrimp.
2. Adjust the burner to medium low or low and continue stirring until the shrimp loses it’s transparency and becomes bright pink and white.
3. Test the shrimp by touching with the cooking utensil. If the shrimp feels firm and plump remove from the pan and serve. Be careful not to overcook shrimp as it will become dry and rubbery.
