Cooking instructions for Fish
This is a guideline to cooking Fish. Please feel free to use your favorite seasoning or recipe.
1. Preheat skillet over medium heat until a drop of water “dances” in the pan.
2. Season fish as desired and place into hot pan. Do not attempt to move the fish.
3. Put the lid on and create the vapor-seal. Once the seal is created, turn the burner to the lowest setting. The cooking time will on the type of fish and the thickness of the fish.
Tip: Fish less than once inch thick, cook in less than 5 minutes. Thicker pieces can take up to 10 minutes. Test the fish by flaking with a fork.
