Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken strips
Prepared chicken wing sauce of your choice
1/2 block of sharp chedder cheese
Packaged salad mix
1 onion
Prepared Ranch Dressing

 

Directions
Preheat the FamilieĀ® Skillet on medium low heat. In a large bowl, pour the wing sauce over the chicken strips. Prior to pouring the wing sauce over the chicken, you can cut the chicken into pieces, if preferred. Shred the cheese using cone #1 of the Kitchen Kutter. Using the cone #4, slice the onion. Put aside both the cheese and the onion. Place the chicken in the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn each piece and cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Prepare a plate with the salad mixture. Add slices of onion and some cheese. Place three strips of chicken on top, add more cheese and ranch dressing.
