Your choice of steak, sliced thin for sandwiches
1 large onion, sliced into rings using the Kitchen Kutter.
Provolone cheese slices - 2 slices per sandwich
Green pepper 1- sliced, optional
Garlic Powder to taste
Hoagie Rolls

1. Heat the FamilieĀ® Skillet on medium until drops of water dance around the bottom.
2. Add the meat and brown on each side.
3. Add the onion, garlic powder and pepper pieces. Cover and cook until onions are softened.
4. Slice the rolls in half and add one piece of cheese to the bottom piece. Next, layer the steak, onion and pepper mixture and top with the second piece of cheese. Place the second half of the roll on top and place the sandwich on a cookie sheet to be baked in the oven for about 3 minutes on 350 degrees or until the cheese is melted.
