1 lb. Gound Beef, lean
1 Onion, chopped small
1 Garlic, or 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic
& Pepper Clove seasoning
1 Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper and
Onions, 16 oz. (or other flavor choice)
4 oz. No Yolk noodles (about 3 handfuls)
1 Cream of mushrooom soup, Healthy
Recipe or 12 oz. reduced sodium soup
4 Mozzarella Cheese, part low-fat milk
slices
1 cup Water
Spices to your liking such as seasoned salt, garlic, onion

1. In 12” skillet, brown ground beef with garlic and onion over MEDIUM heat. Drain any grease that may accumulate.
2. Add tomatoes and spices. Reduce heat to LOW. Add water and egg noodles and mix well.
3. Cover and cook on LOW, or simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and check for desired tenderness of noodles. Cover and cook additional 5 minutes if necessary.
4. Turn off heat, or remove from burner. Top the casserole with mozzarella cheese slices and replace cover on skillet to melt the cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes while you put the remainder of your dinner on the table.
5. Enjoy with a green salad and fresh roll for a quick, easy dinner.
